Sat Avtar is an internationally recognised Kundalini and Yin Yoga teacher, musician, and retreat facilitator whose trauma-informed approach blends devotional music, movement, and healing practices to help others reconnect with their authentic voice and personal power.

Bring your mat and a crystal will be supplied to you by Allegory Highgate on arrival to work with, in the beautiful setting of the Tea Lawn at the back Lauderdale house.

Spaces are available on a first come basis. 

The meeting point for this event is at the back of the House on the Tea Lawn, near the sundial.

When you arrive, please make your way around the side of the building, there’s no need to enter through the House, as private events will be taking place inside.

In wet weather, please meet outside the Lauderdale House café, where a member of the team will guide you inside.
