Jo combines over 30 years of yoga experience with trauma-informed somatic work and subtle crystal healing, creating a uniquely supportive and grounding class.

Bring your mat and a crystal will be supplied to you by Allegory Highgate on arrival to work with, in the beautiful setting of the Tea Lawn at the back Lauderdale house.

Spaces are available on a first come basis. 
 

The meeting point for this event is at the back of the House on the Tea Lawn, near the sundial.

When you arrive, please make your way around the side of the building, there’s no need to enter through the House, as private events will be taking place inside.

In wet weather, please meet outside the Lauderdale House café, where a member of the team will guide you inside.
