At Solta-Ra, our mission is to help people slow down, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with themselves. By working with carefully vetted practitioners and meaningful practices, we create safe spaces that nurture wellbeing of both mind and body.

The name Solta-Ra is rooted in the idea of release and renewal. Solta speaks to the act of letting go, while Ra represents the fire and light of the sun, a force of transformation, clarity and life.

Currently in residence at Allegory Store in Highgate.
