Vesna is a master yoga teacher with over two decades of experience, known for her deeply intuitive and nurturing approach to yoga. She began teaching in 1999 and has since dedicated her life to the transformative power of the practice. Trained under esteemed mentors Sama Fabian, Dona Holeman, and Orit Sen-Gupta, Vesna has completed both 500-hour and 800-hour advanced teacher trainings, placing her among the respected teachers in the field.

Her signature Body of Light yoga style is a gentle, slow, and meditative practice designed to support the body and calm the nervous system—particularly resonant for women moving through menopause and life transitions. Vesna creates a sanctuary in each class, where students of all backgrounds and abilities are empowered to reconnect with themselves and experience strength, ease, and clarity.

With a focus on pranayama (breathwork), kriya (cleansing), meditation, and accessible asana (postures), Vesna offers a truly holistic practice. While her group classes are soft and supportive, she also brings depth and technical mastery to one-on-one sessions, including skillful guidance through more advanced postures and inversions.
